Rev Fr Deogratius Kateregga has asked celebrities in the country to managed their fame and always stay out of trouble.
The man of God who led the requiem Mass for artist Moses Ssekibogo alias Mowzey Radio at Rubaga Cathedral revealed that it is high time Ugandan artists to learn how to manage fame.
The tough speaking priest revealed that artists often go out in the world and forget that its God who gave them that talent.
Kateregga revealed that after becoming celebrities, artists stop attending prayers up to when they die saying that it is uncalled for.
He went ahead to hit at artists whom he revealed have resorted to live extravagantly and resorted to picking up quarrels with whoever they meet on the way.
His other concerns included the use of drugs, alcoholism and living an irresponsible sexual behavior among the musicians saying that this must stop.
His sermon attracted the attention of the fully packed church where artists from corners of life, politicians and music lovers turned to bid farewell to the fallen music icon.
Mowzey Radio will be laid to rest tomorrow.
