Umutoni is a former journalist with Kabale based Voice of Kigezi radio.
Owen and Umutoni tied a knot in their wedding service held at All Saints Church Kabale in Kabale town, a service that was presided over by the Archideacon of Kabale All Saints Church Archideaconary Rev Canon Gad Akanjuna.
Preaching in the service, Rev Akanjuna implored couples to always be trustworthy to one another as the only way to build lasting marriages.
He noted that many modern marriages have broken up due to lack of trust among couples which gives room for adultery putting the marriage at stake.
Rev Akanjuna said that couples must trust one another, and surrender their marriages to God if marriages are to last longer.
Tumuhimbise founded Kabale Sharp FC in early 2000s leading it to regional league success and then to Big league.
Sharp FC was later sold to Kigezi Home Boyz, a group of businessmen from Kigezi region who then changed the team to the current Kigezi Home Boyz Foot ball Club currently playing in Uganda’s Big league.
