Police to maintain curfew during Ramadan

The Uganda police has revealed that they will maintain a night curfew during the holy month of Ramadhan.

According to Uganda police spokesperson Fred Enanga, the ongoing nationwide curfew, being implemented to curb the spread of the Coronavirus disease, will be maintained through the Holy Month of Ramadan. 

Enanga further reveals that the serious consideration will be given to all Muslims who are caught up during the curfew time.

He adds that the Territorial Commanders are aware of this special arrangement.
