Leticia Uwinema another beneficiary says that the donation is timely since the lock down left most of them struggling to make ends meet. She says that organizations that target them are very few and the government must move in and ensure that their efforts are doubled.

Doreen Nyiramugisha s a local council three councilor for persons with disabilities in Bunagana town council, Kisoro district? She says that the initiative is highly appreciated and vital since persons with disabilities have not been prioritized by the government.

She adds that once the people have basic needs, it becomes easier for them to engage in other developmental and income-generating ventures since they can save the money which would have otherwise been spent on buying the basics.
