The Kabale district health department on Friday received a
consignment of essential medical supplies from the National Medical
stores-NMS.
According to the Acting Kabale district Health officer, Alfred
Besigensi, the essential drugs, will be distributed all health centres
across the district. He added that the drugs are expected to last for
two cycles -equivalent to four months.
He added that the supplies are timely since the district was
experiencing a drug stock outs. Besigensi, warned the health workers
against misusing the medicines.
