Mugwanya urged the beneficiaries to have something to do saying that  Disability is not an inability, when given an opportunity, they can also work like any other person.

He thanked Hon Kamusiime Caroline who approached his Ministry requesting the wheelchairs

Kamu Joseph Keijarubi the councilor LCIV representing the PWDs in the District urged for buildings that have ramp to help the PWDS easily enter and move outside the buildings.

He added that most of the schools, churches, Hospitals, and other private buildings have no rams on them, a thing which has become a burden to them.

Some of the beneficiaries of this project Conciliar Tumusiime, Jeninah Korinako, and Sam Akampurira said that they had become a burden to their relatives who would lift them to and from outside to sunbathe
