Police in Kabale are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of an unidentified male adult, suspected to have been murdered.
Information was received at Mwanjaro police post, from the LCI chairperson Omwibare cell, Rushaki ward, Southern division Kabale municipality/ district Wilbroad Tumwesigire, that there was a floating dead body seen in river Rwabakazi. today 05/11/2022at around 1330hrs.
A team of detectives led by the detective sergeant Mutungi visited the scene of crime together with fire and rescue police personnel, body was retrieved found tied in the sack (kadeya),suspected to have been killed months back because was fully decomposed and taken to Kabale referral hospital for postmortem.
Anyone missing any of the relative from home, should visit the hospital mortuary so that he may be identified and taken for burial.
