The State Minister for Finance in Charge of General Duties, Henry Musasizi, has eulogized the late Phionah Aturinda as a hard-working, reliable, determined lady.
Musasizi was addressing mourners during the burial service of the late Phionah at St. James Kijuguta Church in Uganda’s Kabale Municipality.
In his speech, Musasizi asked mourners to love one another while still alive.
The late Phionah served as the Lc 4 councillor for disability in Kabale Municipality.
In attendance was the Hon. Asamo Hellen Grace, Minister of State for Disability Affairs, Lc. 5 Rubanda District Amp Kabale District Woman Member of Parliament Steven Kasyaba, Kabale Municipality Sentaro Mayor Catherine Atwakire NdamiraEmmanuel Byamugisha, DRDC Nakawa Sheik Kassim Kamugisha, among others
Phionah, 46, and her two children have survived.
