Police in Kabale are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an unidentified male adult, whose decomposing body was discovered floating on the Rwabakazi stream in Butobere cell, Kabale municipality/district.
This was on January 22, 2023, at around 1640 hrs, when
Information was received by the DPC Kabale, Cps. Sp. Ruganza Abel.
A team comprised of regional SOCO, Homicide, and Fire Department personnel proceeded to the scene and retrieved the decomposing body, which was then taken to the Kabale referral hospital mortuary for postmortem.
Anyone missing a loved one should visit the mortuary so that person can be identified and taken for a decent burial.
