The LC.3 Chairman Northern Division Kabale Municipality, Mr. Isaac Mucunguzi Rushoga has cautioned parents against overloading their children with work in the coming long holiday.

“I know some parents are waiting for the kids to send them on streets to vend fresh food, and many other works that give the kids no time to rest and revise their books,” he said

Mr. Rushoga noted that he understood the hardships parents go through trying to make ends meet, but they should not lay all the burden on school children coming back home for holidays.

“Let’s not see someone’s kid roaming the town Streets Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm, everyday in the name of trading” he said.

According to Sunrise Primary School Director in charge of Administration, Mr. Davis Kugumisiriza, 22 children graduated from Top Class on Friday.
