The Principal Assistant Town Clerk, Justus Ampeire, disclosed that the funding for the construction of the second floor of the Hamurwa T.C Block, amounting to Shs. 100 million, was successfully secured through lobbying efforts from the Central Government, spearheaded by Rubanda East Member of Parliament, Henry Musasizi Ariganyira, who also serves as the State Minister of Finance.
