Four Ntoroko district staff interdicted over theft of goats

A total of four staff members of Ntoroko district local government attached to Rwebisengo health center IV have been interdicted over theft.

The staff members include; James Kato   and Thomas Kasagaki who are enrolled nurses, Josephat Businge an askari and Robert Musubulya a porter.

 In a letter dated 7th of February 2022 signed by the area chief administrative officer Ivan Busobozi, it is alleged that the four had turned it into a habit to slaughter and eat goats that strayed in the facility’s compound.

It is also revealed that the four have under reference number SD/1218/01/2022 been charged with theft. It is further revealed that goat’s meat and animal skins were found in their rooms at the time when they were searched.
