The Retired Major General Timothy Sabit Mutebire has challenged the government to extend Education Centers at the Parish Level to support the child.
He revealed this today as the world celebrated world Teachers day at Smile Africa Junior School located in Mwanjari ward southern Division Kabale Municipality.
Mutebire who also doubles as the chairman board of Governors at the school urged the Government to extend Education Centers at Parish levels saying that during his childhood there were church schools which helped them to excel.
He added that without education centers at Parish Levels, many children find it difficult to copy up to primary level
The director of Smile Africa Junior School Viola Nahabwe challenged the government to extend help in form of reading books to Private schools.
