The Kabale Grade one Magistrate Court yesterday sentenced a man, who disrupted the burial service of the fallen Bank of Uganda Governor Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile to serve four Months in Ndorwa prison over the charges of a common nuisance.

The court that was presided over by Her Worship Ratcheal Tabaruka yesterday heard from the prosecution that on 30th of January, the convict who is the Commander of Ghetto Youths in Kabale, Maido Rutakirwa Ayijuka, a resident of Kekubo, in Kabale Municipality, emerged from the congregation when the Presidential Special Envoy Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda, was giving a speech, attempting to grab a microphone from Dr. Rugunda which is against section 160 (1) of the penal code Act.

The convict pleaded guilty to the charges and asked the court to forgive him since he is still a youth and can repent from such act, but her worship Tabaruka sentenced him to four Months in Ndorwa Government prison so as he can be an offender to others.

The Kigezi Region Police Spokesperson Elly Maate asked the people especially the youths to always be disciplined because the conduct of the convict was beyond a normal person suspecting that he could have been under the influence of Narcotic drugs.
